Getting Started

The Workforce Management System API allows you to integrate our platform with your existing tools and workflows.

Authentication

All API requests require authentication using OAuth 2.0 Bearer tokens.

POST /auth/token

Obtain an access token using your API credentials.

Request Body:

Incidents

GET /incidents

Retrieve a list of incidents.

Query Parameters:
statusFilter by status (open, closed, pending)
limitNumber of results (default: 20)
offsetPagination offset
POST /incidents

Create a new incident.

PUT /incidents/{id}

Update an existing incident.

Personnel

GET /personnel

Retrieve a list of security personnel.

Locations

GET /locations

Retrieve a list of monitored locations.

Alerts

GET /alerts

Retrieve system alerts and notifications.
